Please join us for relaxed learning and social activities using movement, singing, manipulatives, water play and FUN! Class size is kept to no more than 15 children and activities are arranged so children of similar ages are together. Child must be toilet trained. A minimum of 7 children are required for a program to run.

Payment and Policies

Payment: Cost is as follows: Each 2 week session is $175. Payment is due upon registration.  Checks are made out to Preschool Solutions. There is a one-time non-refundable $25 registration fee and can be applied to all sessions. We also accept cash and credit card payments.  Withdrawal 1 week (7 days) before the start of a session can be reimbursed tuition. Any withdrawals after that mark will not be reimbursed.

Registration: Before beginning, we must have your registration form, registration fee, session tuition, and medical statement. Please remember to notify us if your contact information changes during the summer.

Attendance: Please notify staff at 845-827-5360 (Summer Only) if your child will be absent. Leave a message on answer machine if no one answers, messages will be checked periodically.

Slippers in school: We ask all children to remove their shoes and wear slippers throughout the day.

Snack: Please send your child in with a healthy snack and water or juice daily. PLEASE: No soda or candy bars. We strongly encourage foods that support organization such as cut up veggies, fruit, whole grain granola bars, cheese and crackers. If your child has any allergies, please notify staff immediately.

Health: We must have an updated health form on file for your child. Please use enclosed form only. Please keep your child home under the following circumstances (we all want to stay well!)

  1. Fever, diarrhea, or vomiting within 24 hours
  2. Conjunctivitis (child must be on medicine 24 hours before returning to class)
  3. Active signs of illness including uncontrolled coughing or sneezing, difficulty breathing, lethargy.
  4. If your child shows any signs of illness during class we will contact you immediately to bring your child home so they can heal. We must have on record the name and number of someone who is available to pick up your child if you cannot. They must bring a picture ID.

Clothing: Please send your child in comfortable clothing. Socks should be worn. Slippers are needed for in class.

Birthdays: Parties may be arranged in advance with your child’s teacher.

Pick up: Any individual coming into the classroom must bring identification. Under no circumstances will a child be released to an individual who we are not familiar with and is not on the authorized pick up list. Parents must provide a note if someone other than an authorized person is picking up. That person must have ID.

Toileting: Your child must be toilet trained or in the process of toilet training with a pull-up to register.
